I met Yellowcard from the soundtrack of Spider Man 2. When I’ve heard Gifts and Curses for the first time, it was like “Wow”, which contrast of the classic of the violin with heavy drums, what was that? It was so perfect!!! And those lyrics … From this moment I began to search about YC and the vicious didn’t stop. As the days goes by, I get more and more enchanted to the band, to the lyrics, to the guys. I can’t live without Yellowcard.
From Yellowcard I made wonderful friendships, which I want to carry for all my life.
I believe that yellowcard.com.br has this mission, to join the fans and made them more and more close to the band. Giving the opportunity to everyone has access to information, news and all of the best that Yellowcard has.

My relationship with Yellowcard has begun very simple: Two years and a half ago, I was sat on my sofa one afternoon, watching some videoclips on my TV, when it started one clip from a new band which I never listened before: Yellowcard, with Way Away. A rock band, but with a violin. I kept on asking myself: “How could a rock band make the perfect match with a violin on their songs?” I fell in love with that. Soon I realize that the lyrics of that song had much of me at that time. It was love at first sight. It didn’t take much time until I get other songs and get my own Ocean Avenue. Some months later I had all Yellowcard’s albuns.
I really believe in the website because I know the people that are beside them and I know that they are responsible on everything they’ve done and are also Yellowcard fans. With them in the control I am sure that the website is going to bring all that we deserve to know about the band, and to get more close to the Brazilian fans and the band. And also this website has projects to join the fans, which I have the pleasure to collaborate and I’m sure that we are going to make other projects soon.

The first song I’ve heard from Yellowcard was Only One at the middle of 2004 because one friend of mine made me listen. But I really started to like the band on 2005 July, when I’ve heard Ocean Avenue on my cousin’s house and he said that that song was all about me. When I came back to São Paulo, I get Way Away and Empty Apartment. It was a moment until I bought all the albuns and I became really fan. Nowadays I can even imagine my life without Yellowcard!!

I met Yellowcard at the end of 2004 with Ocean Avenue. At the beginning of 2005, I saw a live show and I heard Only One and I couldn’t stop listening. It’s a good band, with good songs and good people. There’s no way to not like them ;D

Well, Yellowcard marked a lot my high school, when I met them, with their lyrics that always bring me up, doesn’t matter the way I felt. Joining the unique style, it was love at first sight. They are my soundtrack. I create a huge love for the band and the willing to share this to the world was there too.

I met Yellowcard at 2002 when a friend of mine presented me some songs of One For The Kids, and on the other way from many fans, the violin doesn’t had my attention. Yes, it has its own place, but what surprised me [and surprise until now] was the compositions of Ryan Key and, since them, didn’t get away to the band.
I won a lot of friends because Yellowcard, laughed a lot, cried, had fun, learned to work in a team and so, to respect what the individual, the collective, and the website is the big opportunity that I have to share everything I won because of the band.
I hope that everyone feel comfortable here and made this place an excellent communicated place.
